Clearance for ICT Work permit applicants

The Department of Immigration requests a few work permit applicants to provide a clearance letter from the ICT Authority. Upon receiving all documents required (see work permit checklist below), an Evaluation committee goes through the submissions, prepares the clearance letters and recommendations to the Department of Immigration. In making its decisions, the committee takes into account various factors such as unique competencies provided by the applicant, the company profile as well as the authenticity of the applicant. The committee also requests for further details or information from the applicant or their contact person as and when needed. All clearance letters and recommendations are signed by the CEO ICT Authority and sent to the Department of Immigration

The purpose of this form is to allow the work permit applicants- seeking clearance from the ICT Authority to submit the requirements online.
